
Randall S. Logan
District Deputy Grand Exalted Ruler
Randall S. Logan was born June 23, 1960 in San Francisco, CA. He grew up in Marin County, CA, and then moved to Petaluma, CA, to raise his family where he currently resides today.
It was in San Francisco where he met his loving wife, Jackie. They have been married for over 30 years and are the proud parents of daughter, Madeline, who is a college student, and son, Jason, who is married to wife, Katie, and is a pilot in the United States Air Force. They are the proud grandparents of two beautiful granddaughters.
Randy, as he prefers to be called, has spent his career working in management roles leading sales and marketing initiatives for innovative companies in the technology sector. Currently, Randy is a Marketing Director for a global company that manufactures security, control and health & wellness products and solutions.
In his free time, Randy explores a variety of hobbies, but especially enjoys motorcycling with several riding clubs of which he is a member. He was selected to serve as a Director for the BMW Motorcycle Owners of America Foundation, a Non-Profit that raises money for motorcycle safety, education, awareness and training programs.
Randy was initiated into the Elks in the San Rafael Elks Lodge No. 1108 in February 1996, where he served as Loyal Knight and worked on a variety of lodge committees, before moving to Petaluma. Randy joined Petaluma Elks Lodge No. 901 in March 2010. His Lodge has honored him as Exalted Ruler, Officer of the Year and Elk of the Month. He has served as the Chairman of both House Committee and the Board of Trustees. Randy serves on several lodge committees and has coached the Lodge Ritual Team for the past 5 years.

Randy is active in his district. He currently serves as District Lodge Activities Chairman. Over the years, he has served as District Youth Activities Chairman, District Ritual Contest Chairman and was the Chairman for a District Leadership Clinic for the “Great” Northwest District. He was honored to be asked to serve as the Esquire and Auditor for two previous District Deputy Grand Exalter Rulers.
Randy served as the Association Vice President for Robert “Bob” Duitsman in 2018/2019. The SEALS, as the group is affectionately called by President Duitsman, were successful in raising over $20,000 for the Association Major Project through teamwork and creative fundraising efforts.
