Join us for a welcoming outdoor exercise class designed for all ages and abilities, where movement meets fresh air and community.
We meet Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 9:30(ish) on the Terrace. No registration.Each session blends yoga-based stretching with body-weight exercises and light weightlifting to create a balanced, full-body workout.
We focus on strengthening legs, arms, back, and core in every class, with a mix of standing work and mat exercises. Modifications are always offered, so you can move at your own pace and comfort level. We’re also a fun, social group where conversation flows easily and no topic is off limits, making each class as uplifting mentally as it is physically. Light weights are available to borrow, and mats are provided if needed—though you’re always welcome to bring your own.
Classes are led by Anna Barker, Certified Yoga Teacher, who brings an encouraging, inclusive approach to every session.
